This weekend

Friday – The Ground to Sound Film & Art Festival 2025 at Foss Waterway Seaport is celebrating film, music, poetry, and art inspired by the Puget Sound, featuring documentary screenings, live performances, open mics, gallery showings, and more.

Saturday at 2 pm – Join Climate Catastrophe Ground Zero Coalition and 350 Tacoma for Clean Up Tacoma, where we’ll remove trash near “little marsh” and the Port of Tacoma to help restore the ancestral tideflats of the Puyallup Tribe. ⌚️ Planning ahead

Tax season reminder: The April 15th deadline is just around the corner. If you're not planning to file an extension, now’s the time to start getting everything in order. Michael Passeck is a top local choice, otherwise hop on TurboTax or H&R Block for simple returns..

Check on that roof: It’s recommended to get your roof checked out once a year and springtime is always best. ACME Roofing is one of the top roofing companies in the area, if you need some extra help.

Date night?! Check out West 122 for a special night out. Hard to beat for a variety of legit food options and great drinks.

Staying active: Check out The Drop Pickleball Club for year round pickleball play – I know several people who have a membership there and open play even brings people from as far as Bainbridge.
